Perfect corned beef

Super Bowl Sunday at our house features all the kids and their families. They yuk it up in the living room while Mom and I crank out some Reuben sandwiches. (I just butter the bread.) The most important part of making these sandwiches is the meat and its preparation. Our sandwiches do not contain any Thousand Island dressing. Just the rye bread, the corned beef, Swiss cheese and sauerkraut. Also, corned beef and cabbage is traditionally served on St. Paddy’s Day and the meat prep is the same. Brad Leone makes it look delicious.
