Australian aboriginal bush mechanics

An amazingly inventive group of Australians get a wrecked and rusting Hyundai running in the remote outback Australian bush using parts from a wrecked Holden and an impressive amount of ingenuity.

They sound like they’re talking in Indian but the closing music says they may be Mexican.

This reminds me of my old community college days, when nobody had any money for parts, but we were great at scrounging and making bits to keep our cars on the road.

Glad you liked it. I remember the days of walking through the junk yards (bone yards) with a small tool kit looking for some needed piece, retrieving other pieces and stuffing them in pockets. The sights, the oil-soaked dirt and the smells will never be forgotten.
