After messing around with php and css theme files on the site, I’ve finally got the brew review tables to look really nice and stretch across the entire page. It took a couple of hours and a bunch of code printouts. I found that there was some interaction between the relevant page templates on the site with the css code in the theme. Experimentation and research brought us to where we are today. I had briefly thought of combining all the tables into one, buy that would be a minor headache to update. It stays as is for the time being.

Now that the page problems with the centering and width are solved, the next step will be to incorporated that feature into other pages. I dunno… like Readers’ Rides or Sticker Pics or the Babes galleries or something. I have to take some time to absorb all of this wonderful working software machinery and put it to other use. It’s time to fine-tune the other inner mechanisms. A work in progress.

Saturday they went down to a little over 6000… then back to normal. Humpday Honey Kaley Cuoco has been the top visted page and the browsers have IE in the lead for this time.

Rosie Jones Frankly speaking

Rosie Jones

I thought we had something special going on last week with the first 5-star rated babe. Rosie Jones, last week’s Pretty Face, was a full 5 stars all week until Friday afternoon. Some reader(s) cast the vote(s) and brought her down to 4 1/2 stars. Nonetheless, the rest of the Weekly Babes came in at 4.5 stars except for the Pinup. I’m trying to figure you guys out. Traditional post WWII pinups or more modern art? Same goes with the other babes: bigger or smaller butts? Pretty or just cute? B&W for the art, or for the body? Nat/Not for the obvious, or for the questionable? (I prefer the latter.) Still, it’s a challenge. Voice your opinion in the comments.

Just to let you know, the star ratings require that your browser has javascript turned on in order to see them. The Car Gurus’ Muscle Car of the Day also uses it. With the recent flap about bugs in Java, and Oracle’s lack of maintaining the platform against malware, I really can’t blame you for not having it active. I’ve been looking into alternatives.

I’m looking forward to the warmer weather that spring brings, but here in Illinois, it might not happen until late May. Then we’ll have a short blistering summer where we don’t have to cut our lawns and we’ll be able to hear the trees scream. The mosquitoes may migrate south. And that’s a good thing. Except for the air conditioner.

More comparison beer posts for Saturday night are on the schedule and now that I think I know what I’m talking about, they will be about two beers of the same style with similar or close ABVs. I loved the Westy St. Bernardus comparison. Dark Lord Day ticket sales are approaching next month and I’ll be keeping my ear to the post. I’ll letchuz know all about it.

Thanks a lot for stopping by.

WW2 pin ups for me, Nice round butts, pretty or cute, doesnt matter, B&W for the body with a splash of color like the eyes or lips does it for me.

I was thrilled to see Rosie up as pretty face of the week. Whoever voted her less than 5 stars had to be a jealous woman. As far as the questions, its your site Frank, put up what you want. Maybe mix up all of the above (except for the butts so big they require their own zip code, theyre disgusting) and you have something for everyone.
Also, dont you worry about the warmer weather coming in, itll be there sooner than you know. Were in the 80s down here already, Im almost afraid to see what summer is going to be like. One extreme to the other.

I’m glad you guys chimed in. It kinda smoothed out the peaks and valleys of what I was thing when the choice for Babes is concerned. Thanks.
