Humpday Honey – Linda Vaughn

By request. Our Honey feature today is about Linda Vaughn who was Miss Hurst Golden Shifter and The First Lady of Drag Racing. She was the trophy queen at just about every type of automotive competition including NASCAR, Indy, Formula One, etc. years ago. Linda was the sweetheart of many a race fan from the mid-60’s to the early 1980’s when she relinquished her titled as Miss Hurst Golden Shifter.

    Thanks, Frank, very cool. She is still a hottie, at least to us sexagenarians. I figured you would’ve done this one for a Monday, though… I think I hear a collective “WTF?” from all the youngbloods who expected a springier chicken today..
