It’s Thursday and the autumnal equinox, or first day of fall, began yesterday at 3:09 am. Right now, the day and night are of equal length. Could the weather possibly hold out a little longer so we can tie up some loose ends? (Rhet…) Maybe spend some time digging out the rakes from the garage or shed. Have plenty of lawn-leaf bags available. Where’s the snow shovel? Wait… let’s not think about that just yet. There may be a few warm kicks left in the climate before the weather turns to shit.
