The death of Internet Explorer 6

It was inevitable. Finally, after 8 long years of rotten code, IE6 will have it’s “funeral.” More and more Internet services are dropping support for the browser this month. A little memorial will be held in Denver later this week. Check out the details here.

(Incidentally, all our work computers are running XP with IE6 and 256 megs of RAM. They’re so slow that I expect them to just quit working due to rust.)
