Tomorrow is St. Valentine’s day. Woo bleeping Hoo. It’s a day conjured up by clever marketeers that snookered the American public at large. It’s the one day in the year which is singled out for all to show their love to their loves. Buy a card, buy some candy, buy some jewelry, buy, buy, buy. Fooey! Get a pizza, some drinks and rent a movie. Snuggle at home. How is tomorrow different from any other day?
We and our love partners should just agree on a special date that meaningful to both regardless of what day of the year it is. Whether it be May 19th or November 6th, that would be the day, the special day to show your appreciation to your partner for putting up with you for so long. Why wait until Feb.?
