John Force was notorious in previous years for doing long burnouts prior to his runs down the track. He may have had a couple of reasons for it: the crowd loves it and it gives his opponent time to stew in his helmet thinking about the race.
It appears that that very same “tradition” has been extended to our European brethren. Watch as Johan Lindberg cruises through the waterbox on his way to a burnout. Oh, and don’t forget to crank those speakers.
