For want of a nail, a shoe was lost;
For want of a shoe, a horse was lost;
For want of a horse, a rider was lost;
For want of a rider, a battle was lost;
For want of a battle, a kingdom was lost;
And all for the want of a nail.
It would seem that the lesson of the lost nail could be applied here. Some poor bastard at an Australian Street Machine show has his car dynoed for the crowd. The car is a twin turbocharged LS1 that makes around 1200-1300hp at the rear wheels. On this particular run it popped out an injector o-ring and sprayed the engine bay with fuel. Oh my!
