John Cleese – never serious

We’re winding down the week with our tribute to John Cleese for no reason at all. The first snippet is an ad he did for Schweppes during that ’60s-’70s era when the James Bond 007 spy craze was quite popular.

 
 
 
 

In 1989, Graham Chapman passed away and the remainder of the troupe gathered at his memorial service to pay their last respects. Cleese gave the best eulogy of the lot.
